Der IXP-2871 ist ein Hochleistungs-Ethernet-Switch für den industriellen Einsatz mit 24 PoE-Ports und 4 SFP+-Slots. Er liefert eine PoE-Leistung von bis zu 370 W, wobei Ports 1-2 bis zu 90 W und Ports 3-24 bis zu 30 W unterstützen, was eine flexible Leistungsverteilung für verschiedene PoE-Geräte ermöglicht. Entwickelt für den Einsatz in der industriellen Automatisierung, bietet er umfassendes Layer-2-Management und schnelle Failover-Funktionen. Dieser Switch gewährleistet unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb durch sein redundantes ERPS-Netzwerk mit einer Wiederherstellungszeit von unter 20 ms. Sein großer Betriebstemperaturbereich, redundante DC-Stromversorgung und lüfterloses Design gewährleisten den Betrieb auch unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen. Ideal für großflächige industrielle Netzwerke.
