Il LevelOne GEP-0521 fornisce 5 porte PoE-Plus 10/100/1000Base-T. Questo switch è conforme a IEEE 802.3af/at, fornendo alimentazione e dati tramite un singolo cavo Ethernet a qualsiasi dispositivo PoE, con un budget di potenza totale di 115 W, fino a 30 W per porta. Insieme alla conformità allo standard Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az), riduce notevolmente il consumo energetico durante i periodi di bassa utilizzazione del collegamento. Inoltre, supporta la connettività Gigabit Ethernet con frame jumbo da 9K per il miglioramento delle prestazioni della rete.
