FSW-0808TX 8-Port Unmanaged Fast Ethernet Desktop Switch

The LevelOne FSW-0808TX is a compact 8-port Fast Ethernet switch designed for SOHO, home and small office networks that need simple, reliable wired connectivity. Providing 8 x 10/100BASE-TX ports, it delivers wire-speed, non-blocking performance so workgroups can share files, printers and internet access without bottlenecks.

Each port supports auto-negotiation to automatically select the optimal speed (10/100 Mbps) and full/half-duplex mode. Auto-MDI/MDIX sensing eliminates the need for crossover cables or dedicated uplink ports—any port can be used to connect a router, server, hub or another switch, making network expansion quick and hassle-free.

The FSW-0808TX uses a store-and-forward switching architecture and IEEE 802.3x Flow Control to help prevent packet loss and maintain reliable data transmission, even under heavy traffic loads. With support for 1K MAC address auto-learning and auto-aging, it is well suited for small networks that still need stable performance and basic scalability.

Its compact housing and built-in magnetic base allow flexible placement on desktops, metal racks, cabinets or other space-limited locations. As an unmanaged plug-and-play device, no software configuration is required—simply connect the Ethernet cables and power it on. Front-panel LED indicators provide at-a-glance status of link and activity for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
